2024 Holiday Whiskey
The 2024 Holiday Whiskey releases November 22nd and is a Rye Whiskey finished in cherry liqueur barrels. This small batch whiskey is bottled at 100 proof with notes of rich, spiced flavor with a smooth dark cherry finish. This limited edition release is a true celebration of winter and Colorado craftsmanship. Get your bottle for the perfect holiday gift!
2024 Colorado Day Whiskey
This 2024 Colorado Day Whiskey is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in a rum barrel from Montanya Distillers. This is our 4th Annual CO Day release bottled at barrel strength of 100 proof with a nose of sweet rum and molasses, a front of vanilla, oak, and a hint of grape, a mid-palette taste of bordeaux cherry, caramel and slight coconut, finished with a velvety sweet toffee and spiced rum.
2023 Holiday Whiskey
The 2023 Holiday Whiskey is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in a Stout Beer Barrel from New Terrain Brewing Company in Golden, CO. This is bottled at barrel strength of 100 proof with notes of freshly candied almonds, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, and a bounce between hops and sweet toasted marshmallows.
2022 Colorado Day Whiskey
This 2022 Colorado Day whiskey is a 114 proof and a barrel-proof Straight Wheat Whiskey. State 38 Distilling releases a special, single barrel whiskey each year on CO Day with a limited-edition spirit and label designed by Jesse Crock. This is our 2nd annual release with a nose of white peppercorn, toffee, brown sugar caramel, and a front of sweet tobacco, dark chocolate cherry, with a finish of toasted cinnamon, pepper, and vanilla spice with a slight note of dry spearmint.
