This guided class includes a brief history of our distillery, tastings of two handcrafted spirits of your choice, and step-by-step instruction for creating two featured cocktails—this session includes the Raspberry Lime Ricky & Rye Manhattan. Perfect for cocktail enthusiasts and curious beginners alike, you’ll shake, stir, and sip in a space surrounded by a still and aging barrels. Every guest leaves with a custom State 38 tasting glass as a keepsake.

Join us at State 38 Distilling for an immersive cocktail class set in the heart of our working distillery. You’ll begin the evening with a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our award-winning spirits, followed by a tasting of two spirits from our diverse portfolio. Then, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on as we walk you through mixing two featured cocktails—this class will highlight the Apple Bottom Gin & Anejo Sazerac. It's a fun, relaxed way to learn about mixology and enjoy premium Colorado spirits. Each participant will also receive a complimentary State 38 Distilling tasting glass to take home.
